All Seasons Cleaning & Restoration was founded in 1972 by Gerrit Versendaal. The company offered carpet & upholstery cleaning the Rockford area. Gerrit operated the business as a sole proprietorship until 1997 when he retired from the cleaning industry. His son, Brent Versendaal, took over the business, and has been growing it since then.

Today, All Seasons employs five fulltime people and offers many specialized services beyond carpet & upholstery cleaning. Additional services include tile & grout cleaning, wood floor refinishing, commercial floor maintenance, specialty stain and odor removal, and water and flood restoration.
